The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing the data consist of complying with and fulfilling the contractual obligations agreed between the parties. Pursuant to Article 6, the lawfulness of the processing is based on the consent explicitly expressed by the data subject, documented in written form. Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of refusal: providing your data is mandatory so that the Data Controller can deliver the requested services. In the event of refusal, it will be impossible to complete the registration process and the System Controller will not be able to fulfill contractual obligations.

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by the Data Processors appointed by the Controller, and by authorized personnel strictly permitted to process such data. Your personal data will not be publicly disclosed.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for 10 years from the termination of the service provision/product supply relationship in the digital archives owned by Maria Rita Levis.

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights reserved to them under Article 7, the full text of which is reported below: Article 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 15 EU Regulation 679/2016 – Right of access to personal data and other rights – “The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding: the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; the identification details of the Data Controller, the Data Processor and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5 paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of processing.
