I took my first steps in the world of tourism at the end of 1991, working as a receptionist at a luxury hotel in Cervinia. In this context, under the guidance of management, I learned the fundamental concept of hotel hospitality and its value.
What I do today is the natural evolution of a journey that began in the hotel industry, continued in the events and corporate travel sector, and later in tour operators as a hotel contractor.
I developed my skills by acquiring abilities and growing professionally, with the constant goal of improving, believing that every point of arrival would be a new point of departure. I decided to give meaning to these years of experience and identify myself with a new figure, differently shaped in its very essence.
I have constantly sought stimulation and taken on roles that were completely new to me, always with enthusiasm and determination, having the courage to change, leaving the certain for the uncertain, to do what I like. It’ s tiring to walk along an uphill path, but the view from the top is wonderful.
